Customer Service Representative - Collections

Travel Advantage Network is seeking full-time Call Center Representatives to provide our clients with exceptional customer service and account management assistance!

We are looking for highly driven customer service professionals who enjoy a competitive environment and love to travel!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to set up, update and collect outstanding payments
  • Receive inbound calls from clients inquiring about service fee and account information
  • Collect payments on early age and/ or delinquent accounts
  • Offer appropriate solutions to retain clients, improve delinquency rates and satisfy client needs
  • Assist with monthly billing and correspondence
  • Educate clients about their account
  • Work toward and achieve individual and team collections goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and/or account management experience
  • Database and Microsoft Office experience required
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, sales-oriented team player
  • Creative; ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and by phone
