Vacation Rental Listing Agent

Vantage Resort Realty is seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator with a proven track record in exceeding sales goals.  This position will assist in promoting the growth of Vantage Resort Realty (Vantage).  It is responsible for generating new additions to the property portfolio.  This position is tasked with continuing to elevate the brand through garnishing leases to exclusive high-end to luxury vacation rentals within the Myrtle Beach, SC area.


Position Goals and Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for growing Vantage through meeting and exceeding property acquisition goals:
    • Generate new rental listings into the property portfolio
    • Conduct face-to-face, phone, or web presentations with prospective property owners
    • Negotiate rental listings and agreements
    • Determine optimal market rental rates for each property to maximize ROI


  • Build partnerships to promote the Vantage brand through marketing and new business development, - creating an external network to draw upon.  Work internally with business partners to promote the Vantage  mission:
    • Develop Realtor Referral Program geared toward generating prospects through realtor community
    • Schedule meetings with condo associations to present benefits of listing with Vantage
    • Network with local community to generate new business
    • Partner with in-house support staff to transition the property into the portfolio



To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required South Carolina Real Estate license within 90 days
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus
  • Ideal for former Financial Advisor/Planner; Salesperson; or Insurance Agent

  • Ability to develop professional relationships with prospects as well as clients, establishing trust and potential for influence
  • Acute sense of urgency, with strong time management skills- regularly beating deadlines with accurate work
  • Strong follow-up skills and tracking prospects
  • A strong desire to work on commissions for unlimited earning potential
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Candidate must be trustworthy and possess the highest ethical standards, with a competitive nature and the desire for unlimited earning potential.
