Housekeeping Manger

Elevate Cleans is seeking a Housekeeping Manager with experience managing operations in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of driving customer service and client retention. This position manages expenses, quality, and service of their assigned field operations.  It oversees all aspects of service provided to clients.  It is responsible for ensuring optimum performance and expense management.  This position reviews and sets the operational standards to ensure client and guest satisfaction, and efficiency, - while implementing brand standards, as well as upholding the Elevate mission.


Position Goals and Responsibilities:

  • This Position implements the business initiatives driven by the Elevate General Manager (GM) through talent management:
    • Oversee the assigned locations including Team Leads and their teams to ensure the following:
    • Operation Standards are in place to promote consistency
    • Work has been completed to brand standards
    • Identify areas of opportunity
    • Ensures that Customer Service Standards are being met and operations team is:
    • Training staff on all assigned duties and quality standards
    • Conducting weekly audits of the Units
    • Reacting to customer complaints, surveys and performance scorecards
    • Control Housekeeping expenses and ensure processes stay within budget
    • Performs duties in all aspects of operations whenever needed


  • Build partnerships to promote the Elevate brand through client satisfaction and referrals, - creating an external network to draw upon.  Work internally with business partners to promote the Elevate  mission:
    • Remain up-to-date on current and prospective clients
    • Maintain relationships with local community and key people to increase company’s visibility within the local market
    • Work with Condo Associations to develop and maintain relationships
    • Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary
    • Partner with Elevate leadership on new initiatives whenever possible to promote efficiency


  • Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to successfully drive business goals.  Manage performance to promote a culture of excellence and growth,- developing staff to operate independently of supervision:
    • Work with the corporate office and Elevate team to continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Customer Experience Training; Employee Policies and Procedures; and Employee Compensation
    • Maintain the highest quality of staff through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, succession planning and training
    • Partner with Corporate Recruiter to identify recruiting options and best practices
    • Help create a fun and inviting work culture that matches our corporate goals
    • Motivate and give direction to all employees
    • Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc.
    • Adheres to federal, state and local laws employment related laws and regulations
    • Conducts coaching/counseling sessions; performance evaluations; prepares performance improvement plans, disciplinary documentation; conducts terminations
    • Ensures that employee related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with company policies



To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Property Management, preferably in the Hospitality and/or Vacation Resort  industry; or the combination of education and experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and additional computer skills a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Passion for excellence, a love for service, and innate grasp to plan, implement, evaluate, and continually improve operations
  • Ability to create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and corporate values.
  • Bilingual preferred
